“I can’t believe how well I have done!  When I first met Nick and his team at Smart Fitness and they talked me through the weight loss and fitness programmes they ran at Smart Fitness, I was inspired.  But I also knew that I had been here before, all buzzed up to lose weight and by week 4 fallen off the wagon big time - usually finding myself significantly heavier than before I had started!  This time though, it’s like Nick and his team have got in my head, and I can finally see that if I don’t try hard in my workout sessions and go along with him pushing me, I am only cheating myself.  And the same applies to my diet.  Sometimes when I look down on what I have prepared for my meal, I am shocked that there isn’t any "junk" on the plate, but that’s not the shock, the shock is that I am not bothered.  The very best part about the programmes that I have with Smart Fitness is that they are constantly changing.  I never get bored or more importantly complacent.  It’s specifically designed for me and challenges me without frightening me!  Most importantly I am not stuck on a machine for 20 minutes then moving onto another machine etc. No wonder I have always given up in the past!  The results so far are amazing!  In 8 weeks I cannot tell you how different I look and more importantly feel, but the measurements might, 5 inches off my waist, 6 inches off my hips, 2 inches off each thigh.  I can fit into clothes I haven’t worn since I fell pregnant with my first child and my husband thinks he has a new wife (wishful thinking on his part)!!!  But best of all my confidence has grown and I still want to keep on training.”

"Well, where do I start! I'll take you back to 28 November 2007 I was 18 stone 2lbs and not a happy chappy. Life was passing me by and I required a kick up the back side to put my health and fitness back in order. I've been a member of gyms all my life and paid monthly fees without going as often as I should have, always taking the easy option out. In November 2007 I decided it was time for change and started to work with Smart Fitness. One year later I've managed to loose over 2 stone and numerous inch loss. What's more is I'm keeping the wieght off. Honestly speaking I'm not the best for keeping to my nutrition guidelines and I know I would have seen even greater results but with Nick and the team this will be by goal for 2009 and Iknow I will see even greater results. Yes the cost may initially put you off and at the beginning of your fitness regime you may think this won't work for me but once the regular payment is set up this gives you the kick to make it to the gym when normally you wouldn't. Nick and his fitness team are 1st class pushing you and changing your work outs so boredom doesnt creep in. To finish off the year more than 2 stone lighter, numerous inches lost around my body, 38" jeans to a slack 36", X-Large shirts to Large and more importantly a happier, confident person in my self is fantastic. Thanks go to Nick and the team and I know you will get even better results for me in 2009. P.S. I will never forget the Saturday morning training sessions at 8.00 am with Nick, so hard to get out of bed but so worth it, Saturday used to be a lie in bed morning lol.
