Joe is from Newcastle and was on the books of Hartlepool United FC for 3 years before moving to America to study for a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the Univesrity of Tulsa.

Whilst in America Joe developed a passion for strength and conditioning and spent his time in the USA working at some of the top training facilities in the country where he developed and honed his coaching skills. 

Joe currently delivers our out reach strength and conditioning programme at the Northumberland Tennis Academy. We are extremely pleased to have a coach of Joe's quality working with us at Smart Fitness.
